Hint for people and companies impacted by our listings:

Even if most people think so, we do not block email addresses, domains, IP addresses or Netranges.
What we do is publish different lists that contain IP addresses, Netranges and ASNs that we have chosen not to accept email from.
IP addresses, Netranges and ASNs on these lists were mostly identified as spam sources or virus spreaders by authorities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland but also by high trusted providers and automatically reported to our center database.
This means that prior to the listing, there were actions illegal under German, Austrian or Swiss law (spamming, virus dispatch or attempted frauds etc) from those IP addresses, netblocks and ASNs.
The blocking of email delivery of a sender’s IP address, netblock or ASN is done by server administrators who have freely chosen to use our lists.

Should you want to contact us, you should keep this in mind and behave rationally and calmly in order not to aggravate your situation.

Threatening us with legal action is just ridiculous and will have the consequence that your message will be published by us as Cart00ney.
Expect that to cause additional damage to your reputation, so think twice before playing the Cart00ney card.
