Our address and person data are subject to Art.34 Abs.5 BayMeldeG (Information and transmission barrier) and therefore not published. (Official notice of approval from our local government is present)
This grants us to not publish our data. See §20(5)BDSG and §35(5)BDSG.

Hint for people and companies impacted by our listings:

Even if most people think so, we do not block email addresses, domains, IP addresses or Netranges.
What we do is publish different lists that contain IP addresses and Netranges that we have chosen not to accept email from.
IP addresses and Netranges on these lists were mostly identified as spam sources or virus spreaders by Bavarian cities and districts and automatically reported to our center database.
This means that prior to the listing, there were actions illegal under German law (spamming, virus dispatch or attempted frauds etc) from those IP addresses or netblocks.
The blocking of email delivery of a sender’s IP address or netblock is done by server administrators who have freely chosen to use our lists.

Should you want to contact us, you should keep this in mind and behave rationally and calmly in order not to aggravate your situation.

Applying legal action or other pressure against us will result in your IP address and/or your network range being listed in our database (for evidence reasons only) until a German Court has made its final decision, instead of removing your records after 7 days.
Fees for removal of an IP address and/or netblock ranges after a legal case will be charged at an amount determined the highest value in litigation by the Court.
