Removal of Level 3 Records Something you need to know about UCEPROTECT-Level 3: Your provider has no interest to stop spammers, or seems to believe that spam is, what the Internet was made for. Their IP's belong to the worst SPAMMERHEAVENS on the net. There are about 105000 providers worldwide, but only several hundrets manage to end up in UCEPROTECT-Level 3. We monitor the performance of our blacklist for quality reasons and we are publishing the statistics measured at several national authorities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our statistics of UCEPROTECT-Level 3 clearly can be interpreted this way, that those black sheeps which managed to end up in Level 3 are responsible for 50 to 75% of the global spam, while almost no real mail came from their ranges. That is (at least in our opinion) a very good reason to firewall them on sight. You now have knowledge that it is not you, but it is your complete provider that got listed at UCEPROTECT-Level 3, anyway you are also not innocent, because you support spammers by giving your money to such a sewer. Your provider will be automatically removed from Level 3, as soon as they are no longer matching Listing criterias of Level 3. We know that it's hard to list complete ASN's, but we expect that providers or carriers become active long before they end in UCEPROTCET-Level 3. Respectable and professional providers usually have a SPAMSCORE of less than 10 If you never sent spam, never maintained an open proxy or open relay, but the
provider hosting your email server is listed as LEVEL 3, we suggest
you send a strong compliant about it to your service provider, and request them
to get active against abusers before listings are escalated to Level 3. Removal requests from end customers at LEVEL 3 are futile. Only your service provider can change your situation. For quality reasons, however, individual clean IPs that are registered at ips.whitelisted.org are generally excluded from level 3You are a service provider or carrier and you got listed as Level 3? DO NOT EXPECT TO GET A FREE RIDE HERE! REMOVAL POLICY IS ALSO VALID FOR YOU!Listings are done by us, Bavarian municipals and district authorities, and others who use our professional UCEPROTECT products.
