Removal of Level 3 Records

Something you need to know about Level 3:

Your provider has no interest to stop spammers, or he seems to think spam is, what the internet was made for. His IP's belong to the worst SPAMMERHEAVENS on the net, but you are also not innocent, because you support spammers by giving your money to such a sewer.
Your provider will be automatically removed from Level 3, as soon as there are less than 0.2% abusers from all his allocations left in UCEPROTECT-Level 1 within 7 days.

We know that it's hard to list complete ASN's, but we expect that providers or carriers become active long before they end in UCEPROTCET-Level 3.

Respectable and professional providers usually have less than 0.01% abusers.

If you never sent spam, never maintained an open proxy or open relay, but the provider hosting your email server is listed as LEVEL 3, we suggest you send a strong compliant about it to your service provider, and request them to get active against abusers before listings are escalated to Level 3.
(Think about it: You pay for access / use to the Internet without problems!)

There is no manual removal or exception for end customers at LEVEL 3 - Requests are futile.

Only your service provider can change your situation.

You are a service provider or carrier and you got listed as Level 3?

DO NOT EXPECT TO GET A FREE RIDE HERE! REMOVAL POLICY IS ALSO VALID FOR YOU!

Listings are done by us, Bavarian municipals and district authorities, and others who use our professional UCEPROTECT products.

Find out, which UCEPROTECT-Servers listed your IP addresses and for what reason:

Checkout which IP addresses listed at Level 1 are causing you to be listed at Level 3.
Just grep the logs (last 7 days) on those Level 1 listed servers for undeliverable outgoing mails at the time displayed. Since our rejection texts are very unique it shouldn't be a big deal to figure out who or what caused the problem and you shoould be able to take preventative measures not to get listed again in the future.

We expect that you have implemented our 4 Steps against email abuse, which you will find at Help for ISPs, before contacting us.

Until you implement those 4 Steps, we can only offer to remove you (and all IP addresses within that range from Level 1) on a payment basis. The fee for this is (which is a real discount, compared to end-user which have to pay per IP).
However, you should understand that you may become re-listed if new abuse becomes known, and number of your abusers grows over the trashcount.

To remove your ASN from Level 3, click here.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN OPTIONAL OFFER ONLY.
YOU ARE LOSING YOUR RIGHT TO EXPRESSDELIST YOUR ASN IF YOU ARE STUPID AND CLAIMING THIS WOULD BE BLACKMAIL, EXTORTION, SCAM OR SIMILAR BULLSHIT.

IF YOU MANAGED TO EXCEED LISTING BORDER BY A FACTOR 3 OR ABOVE EXPRESSDELISTING IS NO LONGER OFFERED TO YOU.
YOUR RIGHT TO EXPRESSDELIST YOUR ASN WILL BE ALSO REVOKED IF YOUR ASN IS RANKED WITHIN THE TOP 20 OF THE WORST SPAMMER HOSTERS OR IF WE HAVE REASONS TO BELIEVE THAT YOU COLLABORATE WITH SPAMMERS.

How to end up in our permanent block for a longer period (possibly forever) and incur additional charges for removal:

Introducing legal steps or similar action against us will result in that we leave your IP addresses and/or your network ranges listed in our database (for evidence reasons only) until a German Court has made its final decision, instead of removing you according to our regular removal policy.
The charge for removing the IP address and/or network ranges after the German Court’s final decision will be determined at the highest value in litigation by the Court.
