Removal of Level 1 Records
We feel sorry for you :-) but it appears that you sent SPAM to the wrong people
:-), or you were negligent about the security of your computer system so one
or more spammer abused it.
As a consequence your IP address got blacklisted here.
To get your IP address off our Level 1 blacklist, all you have to do is stop
your computer system hitting our spamtraps with spam email.
Once your computer system has stopped spamming, there are 2 ways to have your
IP address removed from our blacklist:
FREE OF CHARGE REMOVAL:
There is no need for you to request removal, if you do not want to pay.
Every IP address temporary listed as Level 1 expires automatically 7 days after
the last spam email from it hits our SPAMTRAPS.
This means your IP address will be removed, lesson learned, no more spam from
your computer.
PAY FOR IMMEDIATE REMOVAL:
If you do not want to wait 7 days, or it is more cost effective for you, request
for a paid “immediate removal” service can be made.
The fee for this is per IP address. Payments are only accepted by Stripe at the moment. Paypal
and Moneybookers (now Skrill) are no longer accepted because of their overbearing nature.
Removal will be done manually as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Click here if you want to
request a paid removal.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN OPTIONAL OFFER ONLY. YOU ARE LOSING YOUR RIGHT TO EXPRESSDELIST YOUR IP IF YOU ARE STUPID AND CLAIMING THIS WOULD BE BLACKMAIL, EXTORTION, SCAM OR SIMILAR BULLSHIT.
You are a service provider and one of your email servers is listed as Level
1?
Listings are done by us, Bavarian municipals and district authorities, and
others that use our professional UCEPROTECT products.
Find out, which UCEPROTECT-Server listed you and for what reason:
Just grep the logs (last 7 days) on those Level 1 listed servers for undeliverable outgoing mails at the time displayed. Since our rejection texts are very unique it shouldn't be a big deal to figure out who or what caused the problem and you shoould be able to take preventative
measures not to get listed again in the future.
We expect that you have implemented our 4 Steps against email abuse that you
can find at Help for ISPs, before contacting us.
Should you not have implemented those 4 Steps, we can only offer to remove your
IP addresses on a payment basis, i.e. per IP address.
However, you must be aware that your IP address may get re-listed if new abuse
becomes known.

Level 1, click here.
Due to recent events we want to warn you to make a fool of yourself:
Threatening us with legal action is just ridiculous and will have the consequence that your message will be published by us as Cart00ney.
Expect that to cause additional damage to your reputation, so think twice before playing the Cart00ney card.
